Acquisition | GOCO GROUP PLC | 17th February 2021

Due to the acquisition of GOCO GROUP PLC by FUTURE PLC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• GOCO GROUP PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of FUTURE PLC (FUTR.L) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• The cash portion of the transaction will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 17/02/2021
