Initially announced on December 17, 2025 XOMA CORP made a cash offer for GENERATION BIO CO of USD 4.2913 per GENERATION BIO CO share held plus 1 CVR. Trading in shares of GENERATION BIO CO is expected to be halted effective February 9, 2026. Due to the presence of a contingent value right in the offer, GENERATION BIO CO will be removed pro rata at its last close price effective (open) February 9, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• GENERATION BIO CO will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of GENERATION BIO CO (GBIO.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 09/02/2026
