Acquisition | GAN LTD | 26th May 2025

Initially announced on November 7, 2023 SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS INC made a cash offer for GAN LTD of USD 1.97 per GAN LTD share held. GAN LTD shareholders approved the Acquisition on February 13, 2024. Pending the completion of closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on May 27, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• GAN LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of GAN LTD (GAN.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 26/05/2025
