Initially announced on March 19, 2024 ASTRAZENECA PLC made a cash offer for FUSION PHARMACEUTICALS INC of USD 21 per FUSION PHARMACEUTICALS INC share held. FUSION PHARMACEUTICALS INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on May 29, 2024. Trading in shares of FUSION PHARMACEUTICALS INC is expected to be halted effective June 4, 2024. Due to the presence of a contingent value right in the offer, FUSION PHARMACEUTICALS INC will be removed pro rata at its last close price effective (open) June 4, 2024.

• FUSION PHARMACEUTICALS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of FUSION PHARMACEUTICALS INC (FUSN.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
