Acquisition | FUJITSU GENERAL LTD | 3rd June 2025

On 6 January 2025, PALOMA RHEEM announced it intended to make a tender offer to acquire all outstanding common shares of FUJITSU GENERAL LTD. The tender offer price is of 2808 JPY per FUJITSU GENERAL share. PALOMA RHEEM commenced the tender offer from 28 April 2025. The tender offer expired on 28 May 2025 at which point the offeror controlled 90.58 percent of the share capital of FUJITSU GENERAL LTD. As the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove FUJITSU GENERAL LTD giving 2 business days notice on 3 June 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• FUJITSU GENERAL LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of FUJITSU GENERAL LTD (6755.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 03/06/2025
