Initially announced on September 11, 2025, IDEMITSU KOSAN CO LTD ORD made a cash offer for FUJI OIL CO LTD of JPY 480 per FUJI OIL CO LTD share held. Tender offer results for the offer ending October 28, 2025, indicate shareholder acceptances reached 75.03%. Trading in shares of FUJI OIL CO LTD is expected to be halted effective January 20, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• FUJI OIL CO LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of FUJI OIL CO LTD (5017.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 20/01/2026
