Due to the acquisition of FALCK RENEWABLES SPA by PRIVATE COMPANY (UNLISTED), the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• FALCK RENEWABLES SPA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of FALCK RENEWABLES SPA (FKR.MI) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
