Initially announced on July 14, 2025 XenoTherapeutics Inc made a cash offer for ESSA PHARMA INC. Exclusive of the USD 1.69 special dividend distributed on August 25, ESSA PHARMA INC shareholders will receive approximately USD 0.12 plus one contingent value right per each share held. ESSA PHARMA INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on October 3, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on October 9, 2025. Trading in shares of ESSA PHARMA INC is expected to be halted effective October 9, 2025. Due to the presence of a contingent value right in the offer, ESSA PHARMA INC will be removed at its last close price effective October 9, 2025 (open).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ESSA PHARMA INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ESSA PHARMA INC (EPIX.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 09/10/2025
