Acquisition | ERGOMED PLC | 13th November 2023
Initially announced on September 4, 2023 Permira Advisers LLP made a cash offer for ERGOMED PLC of GBP 13.5 per ERGOMED PLC share held. ERGOMED PLC shareholders approved the Acquisition on October 13, 2023. Pending the sanctioning of the scheme at the court hearing on November 9, 2023, the Acquisition is expected to become effective November 13, 2023. The last trading day will be November 10, 2023.
The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
- ERGOMED PLC will be removed from the Index.
- The weight of ERGOMED PLC (ERGO.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
