Acquisition | EQUALS GROUP PLC | 14th April 2025

On December 11, 2024 the board of EQUALS GROUP PLC and EMBEDDED FINANCE LIMITED announced that they had reached an agreement on the terms of all cash acquisition of the entire share capital of EQUALS GROUP PLC. Each shareholder of EQUALS GROUP PLC will receive GBP 1.4 in cash comprising of cash consideration of GBP 1.35 plus a special dividend of GBP 0.05. Subject to court sanction hearing scheduled to be held on April 10, 2025 the last trading date is expected to be April 11, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• EQUALS GROUP PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of EQUALS GROUP PLC (EQLS.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 14/04/2025
