Acquisition | EQS GROUP AG | 24th January 2024

On 4 December 2023 Thoma Bravo launched a tender offer to acquire entire share capital of EQS GROUP AG. Each shareholder of EQS GROUP AG will receive EUR 40 in cash for every share held. The tender offer expired on January 12, 2024. Based on the announcement made on January 17, 2024, the acquirer now owns 97.51 percent of the share capital of EQS GROUP AG. Since the free float of EQS GROUP AG has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove EQS GROUP AG after giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• EQS GROUP AG will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of EQS GROUP AG (EQSn.MU) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 24/01/2024
