Acquisition | ENERGY TRANSFER PARTNERS LP | 22nd October 2018

Due to the acquisition of ENERGY TRANSFER PARTNERS LP by ENERGY TRANSFER EQUITY LP, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices.

Solactive US Energy Infrastructure MLP Index
Solactive US Energy Infrastructure MLP 30 Index

  • ENERGY TRANSFER PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of ENERGY TRANSFER PARTNERS LP based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 10/22/2018.

Solactive MLP Composite Index

  • ENERGY TRANSFER PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
  • The shares of ENERGY TRANSFER EQUITY LP will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
  • Effective Date (open): 10/22/2018.

Solactive High Income Infrastructure MLP Index

  • ENERGY TRANSFER PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
  • ENERGY TRANSFER PARTNERS LP will be replaced by CNX MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP (CNXM.N / CNXM UN) in a weight-neutral transaction.
  • Effective Date (open): 10/22/2018.
