Acquisition | EMAGIN CORP | 23rd October 2023

On May 17, 2023 EMAGIN CORP said it agreed to be acquired by a unit of SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS CO LTD for USD 2.08 per share in cash. EMAGIN CORP shareholders approved the acquisition on August 31, 2023. EMAGIN CORP expects the Merger to close on October 18, 2023, subject to completion of the remaining customary closing conditions.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• EMAGIN CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of EMAGIN CORP (EMAN.A) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 23/10/2023
