Initially announced on June 9, 2025 CONCENTRA BIOSCIENCES made a cash offer for ELEVATION ONCOLOGY INC of USD 0.36 and one CVR per ELEVATION ONCOLOGY INC share held. The tender offer closes on July 22, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on July 23, 2025. Trading in shares of ELEVATION ONCOLOGY INC is expected to be halted effective July 23, 2025, and then suspended on July 24, 2025. Due to the presence of a CVR in the offer, ELEVATION ONCOLOGY INC will be removed at its last close price effective July 23, 2025 (open).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ELEVATION ONCOLOGY INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ELEVATION ONCOLOGY INC (ELEV.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
