Acquisition | ELETROMIDIA SA | 8th May 2025

Initially announced on January 17, 2025 GLOBO COMUNICACAO E PARTICIPACOES S.A made a cash offer for ELETROMIDIA SA shares. On April 28, 2025 ELETROMIDIA SA announced that as the result of the Auction, the Offeror acquired 38,915,418 common shares, representing 27.08 percent of the total common shares. Each share was acquired for BRL 30.71. Thus, GLOBO COMUNICACAO E PARTICIPACOES S.A will now hold 99.26 percent of its total share capital. Due to the free float of ELETROMIDIA SA falling below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove ELETROMIDIA SA from the indices effective (open) May 8, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ELETROMIDIA SA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ELETROMIDIA SA (ELMD3.SA) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 08/05/2025
