Initially announced on October 30, 2023 Patient Square Capital made a cash offer for EARGO INC of USD 2.55 per EARGO INC share held. EARGO INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on February 13, 2024. Trading in shares of EARGO INC is expected to be halted effective February 16, 2024.

• EARGO INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of EARGO INC (EAR.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
