Acquisition | DROPSUITE LTD | 15th May 2025

On 2 April 2025, NINJAONE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD announced the proposed acquisition of DROPSUITE LTD with cash terms of AUD 5.9 per share. On 9 May 2025, the shareholders of DROPSUITE LTD approved the scheme. Subject to the court’s approval on 14 May 2025, the scheme will be effective on 15 May 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• DROPSUITE LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of DROPSUITE LTD (DSE.AX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 15/05/2025
