Acquisition | DOWNING RENEWABLES & INFRAST | 4th November 2025
On June 20, 2025 the board of directors POLAR NIMROD TOPCO LIMITED and DOWNING RENEWABLES & INFRAST agreed on the terms of cash acquisition pursuant to which POLAR NIMROD TOPCO LIMITED will acquire entire share capital of DOWNING RENEWABLES & INFRAST. Each shareholder of DOWNING RENEWABLES & INFRAST will receive GBP 1.026016 in cash for every share held. The Court Sanction Hearing is expected to take place on October 31, 2025. The last trading date subject to Court Sanction Hearing will be November 3, 2025.
The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
- DOWNING RENEWABLES & INFRAST will be removed from the Index.
- The weight of DOWNING RENEWABLES & INFRAST (DORE.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
- Effective Date (open): 04/11/2025
