Due to the acquisition of DIRECT INSURANCE-FINANCIAL INVESTMENTS LTD by ZUR SHAMIR HOLDINGS LTD (ZUR.TA), the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• DIRECT INSURANCE-FINANCIAL INVESTMENTS LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of DIRECT INSURANCE-FINANCIAL INVESTMENTS LTD based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
