Initially announced on December 23, 2024 PROSUS NV made a cash offer for DESPEGAR.COM CORP of USD 19.5 per DESPEGAR.COM CORP share held. DESPEGAR.COM CORP shareholders approved the Acquisition on March 4, 2025. Trading in shares of DESPEGAR.COM CORP has been halted effective May 15, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.
The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
- DESPEGAR.COM CORP will be removed from the Index.
- The weight of DESPEGAR.COM CORP (DESP.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
