Acquisition | DENTALCORP HOLDINGS LTD | 20th January 2026

Initially announced on September 26, 2025 GTCR LLC made a cash offer for DENTALCORP HOLDINGS LTD of CAD 11 per DENTALCORP HOLDINGS LTD share held. DENTALCORP HOLDINGS LTD shareholders approved the Acquisition on December 4, 2025. Court approval was received on December 9, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on January 16, 2026. Trading in shares of DENTALCORP HOLDINGS LTD is expected to be halted effective January 16, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• DENTALCORP HOLDINGS LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of DENTALCORP HOLDINGS LTD (DNTL.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 20/01/2026
