Acquisition | DELIVEROO PLC | 2nd October 2025

On 6 May 2025, the boards of DELIVEROO PLC and DOORDASH INC announced that they had reached agreement on the terms of a final cash offer for the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of DELIVEROO PLC as recommended by the Deliveroo Independent Committee. Each shareholder of DELIVEROO PLC will receive GBP 1.8 in cash for every share held. Subject to Court Sanction hearing expected on September 30, 2025 the last trading date is expected to October 1, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• DELIVEROO PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of DELIVEROO PLC (ROO.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 02/10/2025
