Due to the acquisition of DCP MIDSTREAM LP by PHILLIPS 66, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• DCP MIDSTREAM LP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of DCP MIDSTREAM LP (DCP.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
