Acquisition | DALATA HOTEL GROUP PLC | 7th November 2025

On 15 July 2025, the boards of directors of DALATA HOTEL GROUP PLC and Pandox Ireland Tuck Limited announced that they had agreed the terms of a recommended acquisition of the entire issued and to be issued share capital of DALATA HOTEL GROUP PLC. Each shareholder of DALATA HOTEL GROUP PLC will receive EUR 6.45 in cash for every share held. Subject to Court Snaction, the last trading date is expected to be November 6, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• DALATA HOTEL GROUP PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of DALATA HOTEL GROUP PLC (DHG.I) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 07/11/2025
