Initially announced on June 12, 2025 BIONTECH SE made a stock offer for CUREVAC BV of 0.05363 shares per CUREVAC BV share held. On December 18, 2025 CUREVAC BV announced that tender offer has reached acceptances of 86.75% of CUREVAC BV issued and outstanding shares. As the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove CUREVAC BV giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CUREVAC BV will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of BIONTECH SE (BNTX.OQ) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 24/12/2025
