Due to the acquisition of COREPOINT LODGING INC by PRIVATE COMPANY (UNLISTED), the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• COREPOINT LODGING INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of COREPOINT LODGING INC (CPLG.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
