Acquisition | COPPERLEAF TECHNOLOGIES-W/I | 5th September 2024

Initially announced on June 11, 2024 INDUSTRIAL AND FINANCIAL SYSTEMS, IFS AB made a cash offer for COPPERLEAF TECHNOLOGIES of CAD 12 per COPPERLEAF TECHNOLOGIES share held. COPPERLEAF TECHNOLOGIES shareholders approved the Acquisition on August 2, 2024. The Acquisition was completed on August 29, 2024. COPPERLEAF TECHNOLOGIES shares are expected to be de-listed from the Toronto Stock Exchange on or about the closing of trading on August 30, 2024. In absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• COPPERLEAF TECHNOLOGIES-W/I will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of COPPERLEAF TECHNOLOGIES-W/I (CPLF.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 05/09/2024
