Acquisition | CONTROLADORA ALPEK S.A.B. | 9th December 2025

Initially announced on November 28, 2025 ALPEK SA DE CV made a stock offer for CONTROLADORA ALPEK S.A.B. of 0.309933698216403 shares per CONTROLADORA ALPEK S.A.B. share held. CONTROLADORA ALPEK S.A.B. shareholders approved the Acquisition on November 25, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on December 9, 2025. Trading in shares of CONTROLADORA ALPEK S.A.B. is expected to be halted effective December 9, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

  • CONTROLADORA ALPEK S.A.B. will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of CONTROLADORA ALPEK S.A.B. (CTALPEKA.MX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 09/12/2025
