Initially announced on October 10, 2023 CENTRAL VALLEY COMM BANCORP made a stock offer for COMMUNITY WEST BANCSHARES of 0.79 shares per COMMUNITY WEST BANCSHARES share held. CENTRAL VALLEY COMM BANCORP shareholders approved the Acquisition on February 8, 2024. COMMUNITY WEST BANCSHARES shareholders approved the Acquisition on February 8, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on April 1, 2024. Trading in shares of COMMUNITY WEST BANCSHARES is expected to be halted effective April 1, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• COMMUNITY WEST BANCSHARES will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of CENTRAL VALLEY COMM BANCORP (CVCY.OQ) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 01/04/2024
