Acquisition | COMARCH SA | 25th October 2024

On October 11, 2024 COMARCH SA said that after the completion of the tender offer, the offeror will hold more than 95 percent of the company’s voting rights and intend to announce a squeeze-out and subsequently delist the company’s shares from the WSE. As the free float of COMARCH SA will drop below 15 percent, Solactive will remove COMARCH SA from the indices effective October 25, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• COMARCH SA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of COMARCH SA (CMR.WA) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 25/10/2024
