Initially announced on November 14, 2025 MERCK & CO. INC. made a cash offer for CIDARA THERAPEUTICS INC of USD 221.5 per CIDARA THERAPEUTICS INC share held. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on January 7, 2026. Trading in shares of CIDARA THERAPEUTICS INC is expected to be halted effective January 7, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CIDARA THERAPEUTICS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CIDARA THERAPEUTICS INC (CDTX.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
