Acquisition | CI FINANCIAL CORP | 13th August 2025

Initially announced on November 25, 2024 Mubadala Capital made a cash offer for CI FINANCIAL CORP of CAD 32 per CI FINANCIAL CORP share held. CI FINANCIAL CORP shareholders approved the Acquisition on February 12, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on August 13, 2025. Trading in shares of CI FINANCIAL CORP is expected to be halted effective August 13, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CI FINANCIAL CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CI FINANCIAL CORP (CIX.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 13/08/2025
