Due to the acquisition of CHEMBIO DIAGNOSTICS INC by BIOSYNEX, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• CHEMBIO DIAGNOSTICS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CHEMBIO DIAGNOSTICS INC (CEMI.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 02/05/2023
