Initially announced on May 20, 2025 PRIVATE COMPANY (UNLISTED) made a cash offer for CFSB BANCORP INC of USD 14.25 per CFSB BANCORP INC share held. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on November 3, 2025. Trading in shares of CFSB BANCORP INC is expected to be halted effective November 3, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CFSB BANCORP INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CFSB BANCORP INC (CFSB.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
