On August 13, 2025, CURIE 1 CO LTD announced that it made a tender offer of CARENET INC shares with cash terms of JPY 1130 per CARENET INC share. The offer has been completed on September 29, 2025, 2025. And CARENET INC will delist from TSE effective on December 23, 2025 (open).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CARENET INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CARENET INC (2150.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 23/12/2025
