Due to the acquisition of CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEMS INC by ABBOTT LABORATORIES, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEMS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEMS INC (CSII.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
