Acquisition | CALLIDITAS THERAPEUTICS AB | 9th September 2024

On May 28 2024, ASAHI KASEI CORP launched a tender offer to acquire the entire share capital of CALLIDITAS THERAPEUTICS AB. Each shareholder of CALLIDITAS THERAPEUTICS AB would receive SEK 208 in cash for every share held. The tender offer expired on August 30,2024. Based on the announcement published on September 3, 2024 the acquirer ASAHI KASEI CORP owns more than 90 percent of share capital of CALLIDITAS THERAPEUTICS AB. In light of the announcement and in accordance with the request of the acquirer ASAHI KASEI CORP, the board of directors of CALLIDITAS THERAPEUTICS AB have resolved to apply for delisting of Companys common shares from Nasdaq Stockholm. As the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove CALLIDITAS THERAPEUTICS AB giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CALLIDITAS THERAPEUTICS AB will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CALLIDITAS THERAPEUTICS AB (CALTX.ST) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 09/09/2024
