Initially announced on August 2, 2023 WHITE BIDCO LIMITED made a cash offer for BLANCCO TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC of GBP 2.23 per BLANCCO TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC share held. Tender offer results for the offer ending October 18, 2023 indicate shareholder acceptances reached 90.84%. BLANCCO TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC announced that shares will be cancelled effective November 17, 2023. However, as the Free Float has fallen below 15%, BLANCCO TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC will be removed from Solactive indices effective October 25, 2023.

• The weight of BLANCCO TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC (BLTGB.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
