Acquisition | BERGS TIMBER AB CLASS B | 11th December 2023

Initially announced on October 27, 2023 NORVIK HF made a cash offer for BERGS TIMBER AB CLASS B of SEK 44.5 per BERGS TIMBER AB CLASS B share held. Tender offer results for the offer ending November 30, 2023 indicate shareholder acceptances reached 95.4%. The tender offer got extended until December 12, 2023 after which NORVIK HF will initiate a compulsory redemption. As the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove BERGS TIMBER AB CLASS B from the indices on December 11, 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BERGS TIMBER AB CLASS B will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BERGS TIMBER AB CLASS B (BRGb.ST) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 11/12/2023
