Initially announced on May 23, 2025 A Private Concert Party consisting of the three largest shareholders made a cash offer for BENCHMARK HOLDINGS PLC of GBP 0.25 per BENCHMARK HOLDINGS PLC share held. BENCHMARK HOLDINGS PLC shareholders approved the Acquisition on June 18, 2025. Tender offer results for the offer ending July 25, 2025 indicate shareholder acceptances reached 85.6%. Due to the free float of BENCHMARK HOLDINGS PLC falling below 15%, it will be removed from the indices effective (open) July 30, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BENCHMARK HOLDINGS PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BENCHMARK HOLDINGS PLC (BMKB.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 30/07/2025
