Acquisition | BEENOS INC | 28th August 2025

On 19 December 2024, LY CORP announced a tender offer for all shares of BEENOS INC, with cash terms of JPY 4,000. On 7 May 2025, the tender offer results were announced with acceptances of 84.32%. Following the tender offer, BEENOS INC announced the delisting of their common shares from the JPX on 28 August 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BEENOS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BEENOS INC (3328.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 28/08/2025
