Due to the acquisition of BBQ HOLDINGS INC by MTY FOOD GROUP INC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• BBQ HOLDINGS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BBQ HOLDINGS INC (BBQ.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
