Acquisition | BBGI GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE S.A | 26th May 2025

On February 6, 2025 BBGI GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE S.A.announced a recommended cash offer by Boswell Holdings 3 S.C.Sp for 143.3 pence per BBGI GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE S.A ordinary share. BBGI GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE S.A shareholders approved the scheme on April 10, 2025. On May 20, 2025 the offer was declared unconditional following the announcement that 93.84 percent of the BBGI GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE S.A share capital have accepted the offer. BBGI GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE S.A confirms that it has made an application to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange, to cancel the listing and trading of BBGI Shares on the Main Market. The cancellation of listing and trading of the BBGI GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE S.A Shares is expected to take effect on 18 June 2025. As the free float of has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove BBGI GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE S.A from the indices on May 26, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BBGI GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE S.A will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BBGI GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE S.A (BBGIB.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 26/05/2025
