Initially announced on August 11, 2025 FIRST FINANCIAL BANCORP made a stock offer for BANKFINANCIAL CORP of 0.48 shares per BANKFINANCIAL CORP share held. BANKFINANCIAL CORP shareholders approved the Acquisition on December 18, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on January 5, 2026. Trading in shares of BANKFINANCIAL CORP is expected to be halted effective January 2, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BANKFINANCIAL CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of FIRST FINANCIAL BANCORP (FFBC.OQ) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
