On April 9, 2025, BANGCHAK CORP PCL announced that it made a tender offer of BANGCHAK SRIRACHA PCL shares with stock terms of 1 BANGCHAK CORP PCL share per 6.5 BANGCHAK SRIRACHA PCL share held. The offer is expected to close on November 27, 2025. Since the free float of BANGCHAK SRIRACHA PCL shares has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove BANGCHAK SRIRACHA PCL giving 2 business days notice effective December 2, 2025 (open).
