Acquisition | BANCO PAN SA | 26th January 2026

On November 19, 2025, BANCO PAN SA announced an acquisition by BANCO BTG PACTUAL SA-UNIT. Under the terms of the acquisition, BANCO PAN SA shareholders will receive 0.2157 BANCO BTG PACTUAL SA-UNIT shares per every share held. BANCO PAN SA shareholders have approved the scheme at the extraordinary general meeting on December 9, 2025. The acquisition is expected to be completed on January 23, 2026. Trading in shares of BANCO PAN SA is expected to be halted effective January 26, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BANCO PAN SA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BANCO PAN SA (BPAN4.SA) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 26/01/2026
