Acquisition | AZURE MINERALS LTD | 3rd May 2024

On 19 December 2023, AZURE MINERALS LTD announced that it has entered a Transaction Implementation Deed with SQM AUSTRALIA LIMITED under which they will acquire 100% of the shares in AZURE MINERALS LTD for a cash amount of AUD 3.70 per share. Shareholders approved the proposal on 8 April 2024. The Scheme is now subject to very limited conditions including customary closing conditions and the approval at a second court hearing, scheduled on 1 May 2024, if approved the proposal will be effective on 3 May 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• AZURE MINERALS LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of AZURE MINERALS LTD (AZS.AX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 03/05/2024
