Acquisition | AVID TECHNOLOGY INC | 9th November 2023

Initially announced on August 10, 2023 Artisan Merger Sub made a cash offer for AVID TECHNOLOGY INC of USD 27.05 per AVID TECHNOLOGY INC share held. AVID TECHNOLOGY INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on November 2, 2023. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on November 7, 2023. Trading in shares of AVID TECHNOLOGY INC is expected to be halted effective November 7, 2023. AVID TECHNOLOGY INC will remain in the index at its last close price until removal.

• AVID TECHNOLOGY INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of AVID TECHNOLOGY INC (AVID.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
