Due to the acquisition of ATLANTIC CAPITAL BANCSHARES by SOUTHSTATE CORP, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• ATLANTIC CAPITAL BANCSHARES will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ATLANTIC CAPITAL BANCSHARES (ACBI.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
