Acquisition | ATACADAO SA | 2nd June 2025

On February 12, 2025, ATACADAO SA entered into an agreement to be acquired by CARREFOUR SA. Under the terms of the agreement, ATACADAO SA shareholders can elect to receive one of three options. The non-electing shareholder will receive Option A, where each ATACADAO SA share will be redeemed for BRL 8.50. ATACADAO SA shareholders approved the acquisition at an extraordinary general meeting on April 25, 2025. The closing of the transaction and last day of trading in shares of ATACADAO SA is expected to be May 30, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ATACADAO SA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ATACADAO SA (CRFB3.SA) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 02/06/2025
